New Equipment: Dehydrator
A couple weeks ago I got one of the least expensive tools in the elBulli arsenal: a dehydrator. In addition to its usefulness in dealing with this summer's over planted tomato beds it also makes possible quite a few elBulli recipes.
I bought a Nesco FD-1040 - their "top of the line" model (though apparently I'll want to buy extra trays).
